The building features curved cornerstones and crafted hewn stones sourced from Hydra and the nearby island of Dokos, with a combination of plain stones, marble stones, and unpolished marble carefully balanced and fixed without mud, their edges painted white. This structure reflects the unique architectural style of the period, creating a distinctive character.

Inside, the space is open plan with a double wooden bed featuring a wide wooden bedhead that offers a view to the square. There are also two built-in single beds equipped with anatomical mattresses and pillows. The layout includes a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a separate WC. The interior showcases robust wooden beams known locally as "boudelia," a term used by seamen for the wooden poles that support boats when parked aground. Dominant elements include local marble stone and wood, which contribute to the historic atmosphere.
