The complex consists of independent, self-contained villas set on private plots ranging from 500 to 1,200 sq.m. Each villa is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 to 9 guests in 2 or 3 bedrooms. The villas are spread across three levels and include living areas, dining spaces, private bathrooms with bathtubs, and fully equipped kitchens. Outdoor areas feature private gardens, terraces with sea views, BBQ facilities, sundecks, and shaded corners. A communal swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a children's pool, a playground, and an outdoor chessboard are available on site. Additional amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning service. A reception desk operates from 8:00 to 18:00, and services such as laundry, breakfast, and airport transfers can be arranged upon request. Parking is available within each private plot. The thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi and local seaside taverns are nearby. The property offers a tranquil setting with panoramic views and practical amenities for families and groups.
