The Mansion features sixteen hand-painted ceilings and houses seven luxury suites, along with a saloon lounge and bar. The modern complex includes studios and suites surrounded by mature trees, creating a peaceful environment that attracts birds and squirrels.

A notable feature of the grounds is the century-old Oleander and Laurel Avenue, originally used for horse and carriage access between the main house and stables. The property includes an in-ground seawater swimming pool, partly shaded by large pine trees, with a poolside bar available during summer months. This bar area can accommodate various functions, from small gatherings to larger dinner parties, with professional staff service.

All accommodation units come equipped with bathrooms, free WiFi internet, flat-screen 32-inch TVs, spacious showers, hair dryers, air conditioning and heating systems, refrigerators, and room service. The hotel is situated approximately 20 meters from the beach and within walking distance of the Terriade Museum, while being about 2 kilometers from the capital city of Mitilini. The careful preservation of existing trees during construction has created a green, tranquil setting throughout the property.
