Mirabella Hills

Mirabella Hills comprises two separate villas positioned on a hillside near Agios Nikolaos. Each villa features a private swimming pool with surrounding loungers, designed for sunbathing and taking in the views of the Aegean Sea and Cretan mountains from the outdoor areas. The elevated location provides an open sense of space and fresh air.

Inside, the villas include a modern living area with a flat-screen television and comfortable seating. A fully equipped private kitchen contains appliances such as an electric kettle, full-size refrigerator, and microwave, along with cutlery, pots, and pans for meal preparation. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, and fresh linens. Bathrooms offer glass showers, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The property is located close to Havania beach and within convenient reach of both Elounda and Agios Nikolaos town. The villas are positioned to offer a sense of seclusion while maintaining accessibility to local areas. The private pools are unsupervised, and children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Pets are welcome. The guests-owners of the pets are responsible for cleaning up the areas during their pets' accommodation. They must also compensate villas' management for any damage may occurs caused by their pets (the amount depends on the cost of the damage). Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Cot is available upon request
Pool in Villa Oxa and one out of two pools in Villa Driros is heating upon request for 60.00 EUR per day. Please let us know whether you need this service at least 2 days prior to your arrival.
The villa’s private pool is not supervised. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
