Mount Athos Resort is a 5-star resort in Chalkidiki with 74 modern rooms and suites arranged across the main hotel building and separate neighbouring bungalows. The accommodation is offered in three types, allowing guests to choose between different room and suite layouts. Facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe deposit box, daily maid service, room service and a 24-hour reception with concierge support. The resort also provides parking, laundry and ironing, car and motorbike rental, airport or port transfers and a travel desk. Guests have access to a fresh-water swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, pool sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, a pool bar and a pool snack bar. The dining facilities include a restaurant, lobby bar, snack bar and beach bar, while the resort also provides beach sunbeds, umbrellas and towels. Sports and leisure facilities include a gym, tennis court, 5x5 football court, water sports and boat trips. Families can use the mini club, indoor children’s playground, outdoor playground and baby chairs, with babysitting available on request. Toilets for disabled people and a shower and changing room are also provided.

General Terms
Climate Tax: A government-imposed climate tax of €15.00 per room, per night is not included in the room rate and is payable upon arrival at the hotel.
Rate Validity: Rates are valid at the time of booking and may be revised periodically at the discretion of Mount Athos Resort.
Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. If the card is invalid at the time of pre-authorization or deposit charge, the resort reserves the right to cancel the booking. Guests may provide an updated card upon direct communication with the resort.
Pre-Authorization: The resort reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided prior to arrival.
Payments & Deposits: By confirming the reservation, you authorize the immediate charging of any required deposit. The remaining balance will be charged according to the terms of the selected rate plan and cancellation policy.
Check-in time: From 15:00 until 02:00
Check-out time: Until 11:00
Late check-outs without prior approval may incur additional charges. After 11:00, the resort reserves the right to access the room to prepare it for the next guest.
Guarantee: Upon check-in, guests must present a valid credit card for guarantee purposes, securely stored using secure technology.
Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure
Cancellations, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable and are charged in full, including any extras.
Children & Extra Person Policy
Infants (0–1.99 years old): Stay free of charge.
Children (2–11.99 years old): Stay free of charge for accommodation but pay separately for meals (e.g. Half Board).
Guests aged 12 and above: Charged at adult rates.
Other Resort Policies
Pets: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Room Access: Staff may access rooms at any time for safety, maintenance, or emergency reasons—even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
Liability Waiver: Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Mount Athos Resort, its staff, and management are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors at all times.
Valuables: The resort bears no responsibility for valuables not secured in the in-room safe.
Lost & Found: Items are stored for 3 months and returned upon request. Unclaimed items are discarded thereafter.
Noise & Conduct: Excessive noise or music is prohibited in rooms and shared spaces. Respect for other guests is required at all times.
