Nestled within a sprawling 1500 sqm property adorned with beautiful olive trees, our three studio rentals offer a cozy and comfortable stay. The hospitable house owners reside within the same property during the high season, ensuring that guests are always taken care of.
Each of our studios is furnished uniformly, measuring 28 sqm and featuring a living/bedroom with a double and a single bed, a separate kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a spacious shaded terrace that boasts stunning sea views. One of our studios even comes with a fireplace for added warmth and ambiance. The two studios in the front enjoy a 77 sqm terrace, while the side studio has a 20 sqm terrace.
At Niki Studios, we take pride in our cleanliness, and offer a final cleaning service, along with bed linen and towel changes twice a week.
Our location in a quiet and authentic village, situated about 40 km south of Volos and 4 km south of Lefokastro, offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Paou is a small settlement without tavernas or shopping facilities, making a rental car essential. However, guests can visit nearby villages like Argalasti, Milina, and Horto, where they can dine in traditional tavernas and indulge in shopping.
Parking is readily available right in front of our house, or within the plot. Our pebble beach, located directly in front of the house, offers crystal clear waters and a serene atmosphere for guests to unwind and soak up the sun.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, which is why we offer flexible cancellation policies at our property. If you cancel your booking at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount. For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival or do not show up, we will not be able to issue a refund. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
