ON Residence is a five-star hotel in the city centre of Thessaloniki, with a seafront position and 60 rooms and suites. The accommodation combines heritage-inspired design with contemporary facilities, including Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, a safe deposit box and room service. environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. This fee was
established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous
Accommodation Tax.
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of the amount 15€ applies for stays between April 1 and October 31 and 4€ November 01st to March 31st, is charged per room, per night and is collected from hotel guests upon check-out.
The hotel reserves the right in the event of new taxes being imposed to introduce these in accordance with Greek law.
