San Salvatore Monastery is historic accommodation in the old town of Chania, housed in an original Venetian monastery dating from 1204 onwards. Its shared spaces include a garden, a cloister and a second-floor terrace overlooking the Cretan Sea to the west. The accommodation consists of split-level suites with views towards the Venetian harbour and the sea. Each suite has a furnished private outdoor area, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a separate sitting area. Restored interiors retain traditional features, including beamed ceilings, pebble mosaic floors and thick stone walls, alongside modern facilities and Wi-Fi internet access. Daily breakfast is served from 5am. As the property is within a pedestrianised part of Chania, guests can book a private parking space on site. Airport and port transfers, bell-boy assistance, laundry and ironing, fax and photocopy services, and beach sunbeds are also available. All suites contain stairs, while access to the second-floor Penthouse suite is via an external staircase.
