The villa is available for rent only in its entirety, not on a room-by-room basis. Complimentary arrival and departure transfers are included. The property is located in the Marathia area of Zakynthos, with the nearest beach approximately 200 meters away on foot. Laganas beach is 11 kilometers to the north, while Zakynthos town is 18 kilometers away. Zakynthos Airport is 17 kilometers from the villa, and the main port is 18 kilometers distant.
