Strass Hotel

Dear guests,

The management and staff of “Strass Hotel” welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay.

With the present letter we would like to inform you about certain regulations that you are kindly requested to respect:

          Check in starts at 14:00pm.

·         Breakfast is served in packages from 08:00 until 10:00. If you wish to take breakfast prior to that time (in case of trips, early departures etc.), please advise the reception for the arrangements.

·         It is strictly prohibited to take away food and beverages from the breakfast area.

.        The Hotel's bar is open from 08:00 till 15:00.

·         Please advise reception within 1 hour after arriving in the room, in case of any noticed damage, otherwise the damage will burden the guest.

·         In case of any damage in the room or linen (ex. Hair dye stains, nail polish etc.) and also in case of key room loss, the cost burdens the client.

·         Housekeeping service is provided from 08:00 until 15:00.

·         The bathroom towels and sheets are changed every two days.

·         When you leave your room, please turn the air condition off.

·         Our hotel doesn’t provide beach towels.

·         It’s not allowed to take room towels or any other hotel property to the beach.

·          When you return from the beach, you may wash off your feet at the water tap on the terrace.

·         Public peace & quiet hours are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.

·         Keep your television volume in low frequency.

·         Avoid loud noises in corridors and stairs.

·         Consumption of your own food and beverages is prohibited in all public hotel areas. It’s only permitted in your room.

·         Please note that the hotel bills can be arranged either upon arrival at the reception or two days before your departure, the latest until 18:00.

·         During check out, which is at 11:00 am, you are requested to leave your key and the air condition remote at the reception desk.
