Villa Luna I Kalamaki Chania is a villa in Rethymno, in the seaside area of Kalamaki, 100 metres from its sandy beach. It occupies the lower level of a two-villa complex, with Villa Solis above it, and accommodates up to eight guests across a single floor. The layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining table and a living room with a sofa, satellite TV and sofa bed. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin beds; each bedroom is described with an en-suite bathroom and satellite Smart TV. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, writing desk, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, iron and baby equipment support longer or family stays. A gym and an additional sofa for two are also located on the same floor, together with a WC. The villa has a balcony with outdoor dining and sea views. Outside, the private heated pool is surrounded by sunbeds and includes a dining area and gas barbecue. Daily cleaning is provided, with towels and bed linen changed every three days. Pool heating can be requested seasonally, with extra charges applying from 1 November to the end of March.
