The villa has a private entrance and shares its wider grounds with a similar building belonging to the hosts, while its own outdoor area includes a private 100sqm garden with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and an electric or charcoal barbecue. Indoor facilities include a heated fresh-water swimming pool, hot tub, gym, billiard table, table tennis, home cinema, games room and a yoga or meditation room. A kitchen with two electric stoves and a capsule espresso machine supports self-catering, while laundry and ironing facilities are also available. The villa provides air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, an internet corner, printer and scanner, and a study or library. An elevator and facilities for disabled guests support access within the property. Parking, pool towels, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided, along with a baby crib and children’s toys. Airport transfer, babysitting and private check-in or check-out can be arranged.
