The applicable cancellation policy will be the one in effect at the time of making the reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking made with an erroneously published rate due to evident technical errors or system issues. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative solution will be offered.

Please note that pets are not allowed at the hotel.

COMPLIANCE CLAUSE:

The Parties state that within their respective internal organizations, they have sufficient control, prevention, and detection measures for the commission of any type of conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, committed through the means or under the coverage of the legal entity itself and/or through any natural person belonging to or dependent on them.

For the purposes stated in the preceding paragraph, the parties declare that their performance under this contract will be governed at all times by the principles of good faith and appropriately subject to the law, so that they will neither participate nor collaborate in any conduct that could be criminally classified under the legal system at any time.

The Parties also commit to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Criminal Compliance Management System of VINCCI HOTELES, S.A.

Vincci Ever Eden – 2026 Season Update

We are pleased to share important information regarding the 2026 season at Vincci Ever Eden, ahead of the hotel’s opening on March 23rd, 2026.

From the first day of operation, the hotel will offer a complete guest experience focused on comfort, gastronomy, and the enjoyment of its unique natural surroundings.

Gastronomy & Bars (Spring 2026)

Guests will be able to enjoy a carefully curated culinary experience, including:

• Seasons Buffet Restaurant
• Grove Bar (cocktails & drinks)
• Hokyo Japanese Restaurant
• À la carte dinner at Il Centro Pool

Added Value for Spring

For the 2026 season, the hotel will also feature a heated outdoor swimming pool available from the opening date, enhancing the spring experience.

Beach Club Information

Guests will continue to enjoy free access to the beach and the hotel’s natural setting.
Please note that until June 8th, 2026, the Beach Club will not be available, including its Food & Beverage service, sunbeds, and parasols.

As an alternative, the hotel will offer à la carte dinner service at Il Centro Pool, presenting the same Mediterranean concept and quality traditionally offered at the beach area.
