The building embraces the land rising up from the sea front and extends over the ridge to look into the river basin. It has 2 large living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gardens of 4000 m2 are landscaped and planted and accommodate some 300m2 of stone-paved balconies and verandas.
