Upon entering the villa an open-plan space welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to get into. There are also two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double size bed while the other bedroom has a twin-size bed that can be joined into a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Individual air conditioning units are provided.Outdoor facilitiesThe outdoor area is designed to offer relaxing moments during the day and night. A pergola offers shade on the outdoor terrace of the house where you will find a BBQ area with a dining table. An outdoor sofa is an ideal place to enjoy the infinite sea view. The house is just a few steps away from the sea.
