No other guests will be allowed for the nights you have it reserved. All 9 rooms will be at your disposal, with or without the personnel (except the reception and housekeeping). Maximum 20 people, access to Aressana's swimming pool is not available for the whole group unless is requested. Breakfast will still be served in rooms at the time of your group's convenience. Spa services and gym services at the Aressana are upon availability and price reduction/discount. No availability for cooking in the premises, but outsourced catering or restaurant deliveries can always be provided (for in room or balcony)It is wise to book at least 8-12 months earlier since this is almost mandatory. This type of reservation is always prepayable as loss of profit is important for business in case of no show or late cancellation and is not refundable.There is no limitation of how many people can be at the premises; the Hotel is bookable even for one couple as long as they accept payment terms.Damage security credit card must be provided. 3 nights minimum stay. Maximum stay is 7 days, more days upon request only.
