The outdoor areas offer guests a relaxing setting by the infinity swimming pool, a stone patio and pergola all equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The villa also hosts an adjoined, fully self contained studio of the same quality and elegance as of the main villa and enjoys the privilege of its own private entrance which is located directly off the pool area.The minimalistic property lies on three levels; The ground floor comprises a single spacious room that includes a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen along with a wine cellar. On the first level, the villa offers one master bedroom and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, that lead directly to a large balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views. Moreover, the lower level boasts two bedrooms (double and twin), two bathrooms and a guest WC, all with amazing views on the pool garden area. This piece of heaven is also equipped with a wheelchair ramp and a room for accommodating wheelchair users. From the immaculate garden area, there is also a narrow path, leading to a private jetty allowing yachts and boats to moor if necessary.
