The villa is a 4-floor building and was renovated in 2021 and 2022.

Ground floor 140 sqm:
As you get in the property from the road there is a private outdoor parking space for 1 or 2 cars. The half-ground floor is a residential garage and you can park inside as well. The other half of the ground floor has a large game room with a pool table, table football, and table tennis. Finally, there are the stairs that connect the 3 floors.

First floor 150 sqm + 140 sqm the outdoor swimming pool area:
On the inside, there is the bedroom with the 3 single beds and the "blue" ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has an autonomous window AC unit. Upon request, the 2 single beds can become a double king-sized one.
Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen. E.g. it has a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, and a hot water kettle. There is also a dining and living room with a beautiful wooden floor. This common area, as well as the common areas on the second floor, have central air conditioning.
Finally, the whole first and second floor has an in-floor heating system (bedrooms and common areas).
Outside, there are sun loungers with detachable cushions, a BBQ, a 40 sqm and 1.2m depth swimming pool, a dining area, and a sitting area. Pool towels are provided.
This place has amazing views in the morning and in the afternoon. It has a city view, a mountain view, a sea view, and a sunset view.

Second floor 150 sqm:
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in showers. All the bedrooms have balconies and an autonomous AC unit.

The "pink" one has 2 single beds and a gray bathroom. Upon request, the 2 single beds can become a double king-sized one.
The "green" one has a king-sized bed and a large green bathroom.
The "gray" one has a king-sized bed and a white bathroom. Also, it features the washbasin area outside of the bathroom. Finally, it has a large library with a working space.

Third floor 25 sqm:
Here, there is the roof garden room where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, the mountains, and the sea. *
