The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and features a ceiling fan for added comfort. Meanwhile, the second bedroom boasts a double bed and also includes a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.As you ascend to the upper floor through a charming wooden staircase typical of traditional architecture, you'll find three additional bedrooms awaiting you. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.About the NeighborhoodSani Resort is a well-known resort in Greece, attracting thousands of guests every year. In Sani Resort, a few minutes on foot from the Mediterrané villa, you will find dozens of restaurants and bars, retail shops with designer clothes, a mini market, beach bar and marina.Various sandy beaches are only a few kilometers away, meaning you can drive to a different one every day!Please keep in mind that we do not provide an entry card for Sani Club.We always recommend our guests in Halkidiki to rent a car in order to be more flexible and check lots of different places. This is the main advantage compared to other tourist destinations in Greece, the fact that in close distance you may visit other villages, beaches, sites, etc.We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
