Feel like a local in Greece!If you are looking for a family-friendly house to spend your family holidays in Greece, ideal for enjoying privacy, large outdoor area for the children to play at, as well as close distance to the beach, our "Rose Willow" villa in Vourvourou is the perfect place for you!About the HouseJust a few steps away from the well-known beaches of Fava and Karidi, in the heart of a protected residential area, in a pine forest by the sea, a fully equipped welcoming house of 100m2 with 1500m2 yard is conveniently situated in a walking distance of 300m from the village of Vourvourou.Bedroom I has a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot. Bedroom II has a double bed, 2 child beds and another baby cot. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and an A/C unit. Doors and windows diametrically opposed provide fresh air and cross-ventilation while giving access to 3 terraces surrounded by trees.Downstairs there is plenty of space: the living room has a door leading directly to the patio, and the corner fireplace offers coziness. Kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances even coffee maker and dishwasher.Bathroom I has bathtub and bathroom II a shower. There is also a washing machine. The management of natural light, proper orientation, unobstructed view of the forest from every point of the interior make you feel as being isolated in nature, while the partly seen neighboring houses clearly remind the civilized environment ensuring safety.Useful InformationPatio and huge garden are the best aspect of the villa, offering several places around to enjoy your family holidays in Greece. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.About the NeighborhoodThe quiet and green holiday resort – with its private road network, its church, its security guards – benefits from its proximity to Vourvourou village making use of its few grocery stores and taverns providing both local products and delicatessen. In less than two minutes easy walking on level ground two picturesque bays almost private. Sandy beaches with shallow turquoise and amazing warm water surrounded by white sculpted rocks and pines leaning over the sea.Vourvourou itself is not a typical village, with no square or little streets. Rather it is a 'strip' of shops and tavernas, almost exclusively seasonal.You will find some very popular little taverns here, mini markets, and of course one of the best beaches in Halkidiki, Karidi!Karidi beach is a precious jewel in the crown of Sithonia, an exotic beach featuring white sand and rocks, a pine tree grove and turquoise water. Two little rocky capes create an unexpected bay in the eastern part of Vourvourou verifying the uniqueness of this place. The beach has a north-eastern orientation so it is protected from the south winds, so common in Halkidiki during summer. Thus the water is almost always calm and warm and not at all deep.We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy. <br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
