The property is surrounded by garden with trees and sea view from upstairs balconies & is conveniently located next to the taverns & markets of Ormos Panagias!This very recently renovated villa in Sithonia is ideal for families with young children and large groups of people who are looking for a spacious space to spend their holidays right next to the sea, as the complex has 2 more villas: Louise and Achilles.The villa’s 3 levels offer plenty of indoor room for up to 10 guests. On the ground floor guests may enjoy the kitchen and living room, together with a WC and bedroom 1 with double bed. Balcony doors give direct access to the patio, where guests may enjoy their morning coffee before heading for a swim.Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, guests will find a second modern living room where we have added 2 single beds, and of course its own balcony. Lie on the balcony chairs to get a bit of sun or look at the night sky: serenity at its best! Bedroom 2 is located right next to the living room, along with a bathroom with shower cabin.The villa also has a lower level, where a smaller kitchenette, dining space, bathroom and two more bedrooms are located. Please keep in mind this floor is mainly underground. Bedroom 3 has a skylight, and bedroom 4 has no window at all. Both bedrooms have double beds and are minimally designed. This means that you won’t need to use the car everyday, unless of course you wish to explore more places and beaches in the area – and there are plenty!Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally situated to the east side of Sithonia. It is a small fishermen’s village, with fish taverns, bar, bakery and mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are located at a close distance (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi etc.), and the town of Nikiti, a highly touristic one, is less than 10 kilometers away and is worth a visit for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets.As an extension to the villa, right in front of the garden, there is a very nice canteen! Just the perfect spot, cozy enough to enjoy a quick meal after the beach.We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki or in town.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
