The suite features a double bed, an open wardrobe, and a refined refreshment area with a small fridge, espresso machine, and basic utensils for simple, easy meals when desired.The bathroom is finished with a rain shower, elegant gold accents, and subtle folkloric textile details, gently reflecting the cultural heritage of the region within a calm, minimalist aesthetic.Each suite features a spacious balcony overlooking lush greenery with centuries-old olive trees and pool area, complemented by minimal and comfortable furnishings, creating a private outdoor setting designed for relaxation.Guests enjoy an à la carte breakfast, carefully selected from a local Afitos brunch café and delivered directly to the suite each morning. Rooted in the timeless character of Afitos, TERTH is a collection of ten newly built suites designed to embody the harmony between architecture, nature, and authentic Halkidiki craftsmanship. Built with the region’s distinctive Afitos stone and enriched by ceramic breeze blocks that filter sunlight and invite the sea breeze to flow through every space, the property reflects a refined dialogue between tradition and contemporary design.These suites share a swimming pool with a spacious surrounding area, featuring six sunbeds and seating area with lounge chairs and coffee tables. The pool is shared exclusively by the three suites.Breakfast à la carte is included. Guests can simply scan the QR code on the breakfast menu and select their preferred option by 20:00 on the previous day.Private parking is available within the complex for added convenience and ease of access.Daily housekeeping is provided until 14:00. Guests are kindly asked to place the “Make Up Room” card outside their door if they would like their suite cleaned, or the “Do Not Disturb” card if they prefer to enjoy uninterrupted rest.About the NeighborhoodThe traditional village of Afitos is just a 10-minute walk from the suites.
