This one-of-a-kind villa for up to 6 guests is located in the magnificent location of Vourvourou, on top of the hill, offering a mesmerizing view on the sea.Our Seashells and Pines Villa in Vourvourou offers comfortable accommodation to groups of friends and families, with a mesmerizing sea view over the Aegean Sea, especially during sunrise.About the HouseBy the entrance you have an angle view of the spacious living room, where a triple couch and armchairs offer comfortable space in front of the TV or the brick-made fireplace. Kitchen is on your right hand and is fully functional with all necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dish-washer, microwave. The corridors lead you to the modern dining table, enough for 6 people to dine there. The living room has access to a large veranda, where guests may enjoy the spectacular view over the Aegean Sea and the Mount Athos.There are four bedrooms where a total of 6 adults and 3 children can sleep: 2 bedrooms with a double bed ,1 bedroom with one single and one more bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower and 1 WC in the villa. Lots of toys and games are also available for kids!Useful InformationThe main advantage of this villa though is the outdoor area: a huge massive wooden table with shade over it to enjoy your meals and enough to sit 6 people, two comfy sunbeds for sunbathing, BBQ corner and another outdoor table, with 6 chairs, and parking space for three cars. Old tall trees offer lots of shade and large selection of cacti form a beautiful environment with respect to the natural landscape.About VourvourouKaridi beach is a little precious jewel in the crown of Sithonia, an exotic beach featuring white sand and rocks, a pine tree grove and turquoise water. Two little rocky capes create an unexpected bay in the eastern part of Vourvourou verifying the uniqueness of this place. The beach has a north-eastern orientation so it is protected from the south winds, so common in Sithonia during summer. Thus the water is almost always calm and warm. Furthermore, it is not at all deep; actually you may walk for several tens of meters into the sea to enjoy deeper water.Access to the beach is easy with a path leading you there at 400 meters away. Additionally there is a private rocky beach 40 meters away with a cemented deck for sunbathing and diving into the sea.During Your StayWe strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki or in town.<br>avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
