A beautiful independent house in Sithonia, immersed in the natural environment, with a huge garden that leads to the beach and Vourvourou within a few minutes.This is a one-floor sea cottage in Sithonia, positioned in the heart of Vourvourou in a 7 acres plot with huge garden for families to enjoy their holidays to the fullest.About the HouseThis house features a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living room with A/C unit and a sofa-bed, and a bathroom with shower cabin.There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with twin beds.Outside there is another full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine/dryer.Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the patio and garden, where you'll find several cute little corners to soak up some sun or relax under the trees' shade.You can enjoy your meals on the BBQ on the fron patio, where you can also make use of the dishwasher, and children are more than welcome to run around, play on their own and use the large grass area.During Your StayWe strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.About VourvourouThe apartment benefits from its proximity to Vourvourou village making use of its few grocery stores and taverns providing both local products and delicatessen.Vourvourou itself is not a typical village, with no square or little streets. Rather it is a 'strip' of shops and tavernas, almost exclusively seasonal.The beach is 5 minutes away!We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
