The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials (oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and kitchenware) along with a dining space. The living room has direct access to a stone covered patio, where an outdoor table provides a peaceful setting to enjoy your day.The house features two double bedrooms, one with A/C unit, a sofa bed for an extra guest and yard access. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, catering to your everyday needs.The property also provides 1 on-site parking spot. Part of a three-story residence, this retreat is just 400m from Vourvourou, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups looking for comfort, tranquility, and easy beach access. Useful InformationThe house is just 50 meters from Small Karydi Beach, a lesser-known and quieter spot for a relaxing beach day. It is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building and offers a spacious yard, along with a stone BBQ for outdoor cooking. Inside, there are two air-conditioning units, one in the living room and another in the main bedroom, ensuring a comfortable stay. Private parking for 2-3 cars is also available, making transportation easy. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed. About the NeighborhoodSmall Karydi Beach is a hidden gem, less known to most visitors, offering a more secluded spot. Vourvourou stretches along a main road filled with seasonal tavernas, shops, and mini markets, attracting many visitors during the summer months.Located on the eastern coast of Sithonia in Halkidiki, Greece, Vourvourou is known for its stunning beaches, clear turquoise waters, and soft sandy shores. The village is surrounded by lush pine forests, creating a beautiful natural setting.Just off the coast, Diaporos Island is an uninhabited paradise with breathtaking beaches, accessible by boat for those looking to explore beyond the mainland. While Vourvourou can get busy, it still offers opportunities for activities like kayaking, hiking, and fishing, all within a scenic coastal environment.We kindly ask you torespect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
