On the lower floor guests may enjoy the kitchen and elegant dining space, together with a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom II has 2 single beds. Please note the ground around the villa is uneven, so bedroom II on the lower level has no window!On the ground level, guests can find a modern living room with direct access to the patio, and bedroom III with double bed and A/C unit. Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, guests will find a second modern living room where we have also added 2 single beds, and of course its own balcony. Lie on the balcony chairs to get a bit of sun or look at the night sky: serenity at its best! Master bedroom is located right next to the living room, along with a bathroom with shower cabin. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.About the NeighborhoodWhat is great about villa Louise is that it is just a stone's throw from a sandy beach. This means that you won't need to use the car everyday, unless of course you wish to explore more places and beaches in the area - and there are plenty!Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally situated to the east side of Sithonia. It is a small fishermen's village, with fish taverns, a bar, bakery and mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are located at a close distance (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi etc.), and the town of Nikiti, a highly touristic one, is less than 10 kilometers away and is worth a visit for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets. As an extension to the villa, right in front of the garden, there is a very nice canteen! Just the perfect spot, cozy enough to enjoy a quick meal after the beach.We kindly ask you to:respect the non-smoking policy.<br>take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki or in town.<br>keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00<br>save resources, both water and electricity.
