The buildings date back roughly 200 years and have been redesigned to reflect the traditional built environment and cultural heritage of Lemnos. Guests stay within what functions as a small village setting, with the hotel's reception located on the village square. Breakfast is served daily in the restored kafeneion, the original stone-built coffee house that once served the local community, using the same long communal tables from its earlier use. The accommodation units are referred to as Village Residences and Traditional Residences, each carrying the specific history of the building it occupies. The overall setup offers a residential scale and atmosphere distinct from conventional hotel formats.
