ESTELLA is a newly constructed 135 sq.m. property that became operational in July 2021 and sleeps 6-8 persons. ​Our private driveway provides access to the property – there is ample parking space for our guests, while two flights of stairs are embracing the outside area, leading the guest to the villa. Impressive black marbled steps and dark grey building materials are chosen to blend harmoniously with the landscape and the clear colored waters of our pool. ESTELLA features an infinity semi-circular pool designed in two levels, structured with in-built double jets at each level. The design is unique and provides the guests with a beautiful waterfall to be mostly appreciated when using the lower part of the pool. The pool area is equipped with modern sun beds, a corner bench for relaxation time, shower facilities, round dining table for all guests and a Broil King barbeque for the best of cooking and dining experiences. The communal area of the villa features living room, sofa-bed, fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a fourth bathroom. Two cupola openings and a glass roof internal staircase invite the sunlight and play a pivotal role in making this property a luxurious and modern choice for a unique holiday break. You will love our modern interior architectural theme of beautifully polished exposed concrete on walls and ceilings while at the same time, our colorful interior furnishings blend well with the modern architectural setting.
