Villa Kochyli is a 2storey, 90 sq.m. Villa which can accommodate 2 - 6 people. On the upper floor, there is one master bedroom and a second double-bed bedroom, both extending to their own sea view balconies. There are two bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a lounging area with built-in couches. This splendid vacation home also provides its guests with a large private veranda, equipped with wooden sun beds, a dining table, and an extra outdoors stone-built lounging area. The veranda is overlooking the magnificent Bays of Groikos and Petra, supplementing unique traditional Patmian architecture with front row panoramic sea views!!Either indoors in the living room or outside on the terrace, you will enjoy the view, the comfort, and the luxury this property has to offer. The house is fully Air-conditioned and fully equipped with all electronic appliances (LCD satelite TV, DVD, CD, MP3, Home Cinema). The villa also offers free Wi-fi and private parking space. Housekeeping is provided every second day and change of sheets/towels twice a week.
