It enjoys a very privileged position just a few hundred meters away from Skala (the port) and is yet secluded, built on the side of the hill. The villa enjoys a relaxing panoramic view of picture perfect Meloi beach, the Aegean Sea and the charming commotion of the port. Its west orientation provides for many wonderful sunset settings.Built in traditional Patmian style, the property blends in graciously with the surrounding lush Mediterranean garden. The outdoor dining and lounging areas invite guests to absorb the essence of summer on a Greek island.The house interior is simple but stylish. Traditional furniture, a predominance of wood and stone, all create a warm, graceful and relaxed ambiance. This beautiful residence can accommodate up to 6 people. It features three double bedrooms, (all with en suite bathrooms with shower), including a traditional Patmian wooden built double bed, and a two singles bedroom. The residence is autonomous with its own living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
