Its west orientation provides for many wonderful sunset settings.Built in traditional Patmian style, the property blends in graciously with the surrounding lush Mediterranean garden. The outdoor dining and lounging areas invite guests to absorb the essence of summer on a Greek island.The luxury villa’s interior is simple yet stylish. Traditional furniture, a predominance of wood and stone, all create a warm, graceful and relaxed ambiance. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, (all with en suite bathrooms with shower), including a traditional Patmian wooden built double bed. and a double bed which can be separated into two singles. The ground floor has its own living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper Floor has an independent entrance leading to a large living room, a traditional dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms can comfortably accommodate four more guests.For endless lounging hours, the villa features a large elegant shaded sea view patio protected by the hot summer sun and the occasional Aegean winds.
