The layout includes a separate bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large private terrace with its own entrance. A designated parking space is also available right next to the bungalow for easy access.

Each bungalow shares the same size and layout but has a unique terrace design — some feature a tree that offers natural shade and a partially paved area, while others have a larger paved space with a garden umbrella for sunny days.

The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a 32" flat-screen TV, safe, telephone with free calls to Greek landlines, hairdryer, and iron with ironing board. Depending on availability, the bedroom includes either two single beds (90x200 cm) or one double bed (160x200 cm).

In the living room, there are two sofa beds (70x180 cm) suitable for children up to 12 years old, and an extra bed can be added for an additional guest. The bungalow accommodates up to 3 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children, ensuring comfort for both families and small groups.

The kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast and light meals. It includes two electric hobs, a small fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, and essential cooking utensils. Complimentary dishwashing liquid and a sponge are provided. Nearby, within 1 km, guests can find a supermarket and bakery, while a mini market is located just 250 m away in the village square.

The bathroom features a shower cabin with a safety handrail and an optional shower seat, along with complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

Outside, the private yard is furnished with garden furniture, and a clothes rack is available on the south-facing side of the bungalow.

Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (except Sundays). Bed linen is changed every third day, and towels can be replaced daily upon request until 9:00 p.m.
